GoAP reshuffles 58 senior bureaucrats

ITANAGAR, Nov 28: The state Govt in a major red=shuffle transferred and posted 58 senior bureaucrats- two IAS and 56 Arunachal Pradesh Civil Service (APCS) officers, besides reallocated departments.

Chief Secretary Dharmendra, in an order on Monday, effected the reshuffle as directed by Election Commission of India (ECI) for public convenience.

Health special secretary HP Vivek assumed charge of Lower Subansiri DC while education special secretary Ira Singhal took over as officer on special duty (OSD) to state’s chief electoral officer.

Former Arunachal Pradesh Staff Selection Board  joint secretary Duly Kamduk, would serve as its additional secretary, land management and consumer affairs (LMCA) joint secretary B J Duia has been promoted as LMCA additional secretary and New Delhi’s Arunachal Bhavan deputy resident commissioner Sangeet Dubey to be additional resident commissioner.

Senior APCS officer Rujjum Rakshap, awaiting posting, assumed charge of Lower Siang DC while Itanagar Capital Region ADC Jiken Bomjen promoted as  Papum Pare DC. Sitting Papum Pare DC Cheechung Chukhu has been transferred as Pakke Kessang DC while Tuting ADC Starlie Jamoh became civil aviation director.
